Local questions

Questions from Pensacola & Escambia County

Do you serve all of Pensacola & Escambia County?

Yes — Pensacola & Escambia County is part of our regular daily service area. Call 850-287-6148 and we'll confirm timing for your exact location.

Why does my drain back up every time it rains hard?

A lot of Escambia and Santa Rosa County homes are on septic tanks rather than city sewer. Heavy Gulf Coast rain saturates drain fields and can push a struggling septic system into backing up. If your drains slow down every time it storms, that's a pattern worth a call.

My house is older — should I be worried about the sewer line?

Not worried, but aware. Many older homes here have clay, cast iron, Orangeburg, or thin-wall pipe that ages and fails. If a line backs up more than once, a camera inspection tells you its real condition so you can plan instead of react.
