A slow or stopped drain is usually one of a few things: hair and soap buildup in a bathroom line, grease and food in a kitchen line, lint and detergent sludge in a laundry line, or debris in a floor drain. We clear all of them with professional drain machines sized to the line — not a hardware-store snake that punches a small hole and leaves the rest of the buildup behind.
What we clean
- Kitchen sink drains (grease and food buildup are the usual cause)
- Bathroom sinks, tubs, and showers (hair, soap scum, toothpaste)
- Toilet lines — see our toilet problems page
- Laundry and washing machine drains
- Floor drains in garages, laundry rooms, and businesses
How we do it
We run the right cable and cutter head for the pipe size, clear the blockage, and then run water to confirm the line actually flows — not just trickles. If a line has clogged more than once, we’ll tell you honestly whether a camera inspection makes sense to find the real cause instead of selling you the same cleaning twice.
What we see on Gulf Coast calls
A lot of local homes built before the mid-1970s still have their original cast iron drain lines. Rough, aging cast iron grabs grease and debris much faster than newer PVC, which is why some houses seem to clog on a schedule. If that’s what we find, we’ll show you and explain your options — cleaning, descaling, or in some cases repair.
Common questions
What does drain cleaning cost?
We use flat-rate pricing on most drain cleaning, so we can usually quote you over the phone before we come out. Call 850-287-6148.
Can't I just use Drano?
We don't recommend it. Chemical cleaners rarely clear a real blockage, they can damage older pipes, and they sit in the line as a hazard. A proper machine cleaning removes the buildup instead of burning a hole through part of it.
How long does it take?
Most single-drain jobs are done in under an hour once we're on site.
